Jakarta, October 4th 2020. PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk always committed to implementing the principles of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) in carrying out all of its business activities. This is evident from the success of Waskita Precast in obtaining SNI ISO 37001: 2016 certification for the Anti-Bribery Management System (Anti-Bribery Management System). This certification was issued by Sucofindo International on September 25th, 2020.
The scope of certification obtained by Waskita Precast is the Work Unit at the Head Office (Company Secretariat, Internal Control Unit, Law Department, Risk Management & QHSE Department, Accounting Department, Finance Department, Strategy & Performance Management Department, Engineering & Research Department, Human Department. Capital Management, System & IT Department, Supply Chain Management & Controling Department and Non Factory Precast Division.
"Through the application of the SMAP, it is hoped that Waskita Precast can continue to avoid the risk of bribery which can harm all stakeholders in the company. Of course, this application must start from the top management level to all employees. For information, the SNI ISO 37001: 2016 Certification has been carried out by Waskita Precast since June 2020 starting with a stage 1 audit then followed by a stage 2 audit in August 2020. At the implementation stage, Waskita Precast formed an Anti-Bribery Organizational Structure, carried out the formulation, validation and dissemination of anti-bribery policies. Bribery, integration of the anti-bribery management system into the Company Management System & Procedure Manual and implementation of due diligence for Employees, Partners and Customers. In addition, Waskita Precast also conducts an internal audit of the implementation of the system to be further reported and reviewed by the Top Management and the Steering Committee.
