CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY IN EMPLOYMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
As part of the stakeholders, employees have direct relevance to the sustainability and continuity of the Company. The growth of the Company together with employees is an important part on the Company’s ability to manage its whole processes and activities, which are then manifested in the responsibility of the Company on employment, occupational health and safety.
Embodiments of the responsibility for occupational health, safety and security of employees implemented through the implementation of working hours in accordance with the Labor Law, the implementation of employee leave, the provision of health insurance and compensation scheme that is fair to all employees.
Employment and Management of Human Resources As of December 31, 2017, the Company had 1260 employees. Based on their education level, the Company has 488 Undergraduate / Postgraduate employees, 175 Diploma 4 / Diploma 3 employees, and 840 Vocational High School (SMK) employees. Based on competency, the Company had 1118 employees in the Engineering group and 385 employees in non-technical groups.
Permanent employees of the Company have the sufficient experience and strong expertise in the concrete industry. In terms of payroll and remuneration policy, the Company has fully follow and comply with the applicable provisions of the Minimum Wages District/City (UMK).

Human Resource Development
The company facilitate a training program and Human Resource Development in stages and sustainable corresponding to changes business environment the company to get competitive advantage capable of ensure that goals the company.
Is learning activities to improve the competence of employees through education (S1 and S2) inside and outside the country on a scholarship from the Company, sponsorship, as well as own expense.
Professional standardization for employees who are competent in his/her field of work, which is managed and supervised by the Company (Internal Certification) and non-government professional organization (External Certification) to meet the determined requirements of professional quality.
Is a series of activities designed to improve the competence of employees to be able to carry out their responsibilities in accordance the required competencies. The trainings consist of: Laboratory Technician Concrete, Risk Management, Production/ Operations Management, Risk Management Concrete Precast, Production Management Precast, Training E-Filing, Implementation Workshop New Strategic Marketing, Knowledge Transfer Engineering, Training Software Accounting, Training General Affairs professional Certification (CGAP), Training QMS ISO 9001: 2008 Interpretation & Internal Audit, Training Basic Financial Modelling, Good Governance - Excellent Performance, Training of Civil Geotechnical and Software Plaids, Gathering Finance & Leadership Development, Training Permit Operations (SIO) Batching Plant & Concrete Pump, Training and Certification Precast Concrete Construction Supervision Building, Preparing ISO 9001: 2015 Worskhop, Winning Strategies Through Government Tender Electronic Systems (E-Procurement), Geo Talk I, Seminar Training Program Designing & Development Collection, Understanding & Designing Training SOP and the Seminar Assignment of Land Acquisition, Corporate Secretary, Legal, CFA.
The series of learning programs for individual growth to help employees grow and develop so that the organization is always ready in a competitive business environment. Learning is done by providing insight, technology, and new points of view in preparing employees in positions that will be projected on him.
Management Trainee (MT)
The Company executes Management Trainee (MT) program to fulfill the needs of long-term employees by selecting new graduates from universities/other educational institutions that have a good reputation and track record both domestically and abroad, held centrally and coordinated by the Department of Human Resources, Systems & IT. In practice, participants will take the MT stages orientation and learning materials in all aspects of the business processes of the Company, and then their capability to adapt and implement will be evaluated. Total time required in this MT period is six (6) months. In 2017, WBP recruited as many as 61 new employees of MT.
The Company is also responsible for the management of labor in terms of the implementation of government regulation regarding the Regional/City Minimum Wage (“UMR/UMK”) and the Company also provides Death & Occupational Accidents Insurance, In addition, the Company also provides Religious Holiday Allowance (“THR”) and Production Incentive
Development and Application System
The Company continuously develops and improves the management system of human resource, which is getting better with the application of international standards or new regulations, by adopting the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Sharing experiences in the practical implementation of this standard has enriched horizons and increase the spirit of “innovation” to continue to make improvements on an ongoing basis.
