In 2020, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk had 9 plants and 73 batching plants and quarry.
To realize the vision & mission as well as to optimize its business position and performance, the Company has implemented the following strategies:
- Increased the number of projects handled by the Company, both projects from internal parties and projects obtained directly
- Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi Perseroan agar dapat secara maksimal memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Idealnya penambahan kapasitas ini dilakukan di daerah-daerah yang berdekatan dengan lokasi proyek sehingga dapat mengurangi beban biaya transportasi.
- Continued to innovate to deliver varied and high valued products, with better selling prices so the Company can increase its average sales prices from year to year
- Won toll road contracts directly (without going through the internal group), so the Company obtains higher margins
- Reduced the cost of goods sold through acquisition of quarries to produce aggregate and procured mixer trucks
- Harnessed economies of scale and improved operational efficiency to suppress revenue costs
- Optimized intra-group synergies and making synergies the basis for increasing the share of sales to third parties, reducing the company dependency risk
- Maintained consistency of product quality and timely completion of projects by implementing a comprehensive quality control system
- Enhanced marketing strategies and expanded marketing area
- Improved the Company supply chain to ensure the supply of raw materials is always guaranteed and that production efficiency can be improved
- Improved human resource capabilities through investment in training programs and a competitive recruitment system.
